We know fall has arrived when its time for the Robert Tino Homecoming Festival in Sevierville. This is our 3rd year attending and it gets better every year. I love that all the kids get a Cowboy hat when they enter the area. There are several art stations you can create something, petting zoo, pony ride, and many other things to do.
Reese painting her pumpkin.
Showing off her race car she built.
We could not leave until she got to ride a pony.
I think she enjoyed her ride.
After picking Reese up from school on a Friday we headed to Corryton to the Oakes Farm.
Loved all the different slides they had for kids and adults.
Picture with the Treavor Bayne Maze, we only did part of it.
Last event of the day was our hayride. Beautiful day and wonderful farm to visit.
Taking Nahla for show and tell at school.
My parents and Nanny came up for a visit and of course we had to make a trip to Cades Cove to take in all the gorgeous colors.
Nanny Cockrell and Reese. My Nanny is such a trooper she had been sick for several weeks and just wasn't getting any better. The day before they came to visit she went to the doctor and was sent for a chest xray. When she got home on Monday the doctor called and said she had pneumonia. Thankfully after getting the right medicine she is back to her old self.
Every since the leaves began to fall, Reese has wanted to play in the leaves. Since we don't have trees around our house that was a hard request, but thankfully not this day.
Papa had to dig the leaves out of her hair.
